- All frames are made of durable uPVC vinyl, are 5 3/4” thick and multi-chambered to provide maximum thermal efficiency and the utmost in structural strength.
- Operating sashes are fusion-welded and are made of vertical reinforced steel to provide the security that’s so essential in patio doors.
- Sills are sloped at an angle that ensures optimal water drainage.
- Triple weather-stripping at side jambs and full interlock on sashes provide the best possible protection from air and water infiltration.
- Self-lubricated metal plus double tandem adjustable rollers ensure lifelong, smooth sliding action on anodized aluminium track.
- Heavy-duty extruded aluminium screen frame with fibreglass mesh and 4 adjustable rollers also contribute to effortless operation over lifetime of use.
- 7/8” tempered, insulated, double-strength glass with ultra dual warm edge seal assures optimum energy efficiency.
- Sash panels are co-extruded with dual durometer flex uPVC surrounding the entire 7/8” thick I.G. unit to make our patio doors stronger and more secure than most.
- Interior glazing bead adds overall strength and allows for easy glass replacement if necessary.
- Fully reversible panels can be assembled to slide left or right for design and operational versatility.

Grille Patterns and Configurations
Why settle for plain glass panels when Window City allows for customization and the best design variety available? The six grille style options available on all Window City windows can be applied to patio doors to create a distinctive look. Choose from: Colonial, Georgian (in 11/16” or 1” thickness), Pencil, V-Groove (etched in the glass) or Bevelled Glass. |
Structural Patio Door Options
- Full range of glazing options including Low-E, Argon gas-filled and Tinted. These provide better insulation value and, in the case of tinted glass, more privacy.
- Kicklock and/or keylock. Both highly advisable options for added security.
- Wide range of accessories and trims for both interior and exterior. These include: brick mold, nailing fin, wood or vinyl jamb extensions and sill extensions.
- Designer-pleasing range of multi-point hardware including: wood, brass, chrome or white finishes.
- Insulated and embossed uPVC panels for energy-efficiency and design value.

Handle Options For The Finishing Touch
Even our Standard handle hardware looks stylish, thanks to its wood grain insert. You can also have our Classic handle in white with twin point lock. Or chose our Elegance handle with twin-point lock in brass or white with keylock. Also available is our Modern design handle in brushed chrome with twin-point lock. |
