Report the warranty issue to your Dealer/Contractor, who will determine whether your doors and windows need to be inspected and either installation or workmanship is causing the problem.
If the doors or windows have not been properly installed, or there is a problem arising from faulty workmanship, your Contractor or Dealer will try to rectify the issue directly with you.
If your Contractor has not been able to resolve the issue, or has failed to comply with any product-related issues still under Warranty, please fill out the product support form on our Services Section. A Window City Service Representative will then contact you.
You must have a registered Window City Warranty in order to validate your claims. You may be required to pay certain fees if your Warranty is non-registered or we receive invalid information.
